ICH project team participated with an oral presentation in the proceedings of the two-day 1st International Conference entitled Specific Action “Towards a Coordinated and Cooperative Effort for the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse at the European Level” which took place on 6-9 October 2025, Vilnius, Lithuania.
The presentation was related to the following thematic session of the conference: “Evidence based approaches to prevent child abuse, neglect, and violence” and its aim to inform the audience about the identity the PreventCSA@EU project’s identity, objectives and implementation methodology, work packages and deliverables, research questions and challenges, the future EU Centre which will be set up to prevent and combat child sexual abuse, main results as well as the expected impact of the project.
The conference was attended by child protection professionals, policy makers, governmental bodies as well as professionals from other relevant bodies and organizations.
