The Scientific Coordinator of the Specific Action on behalf of the Foundation of Technology and Research, Ms. Fragkopoulou Paraskevi, Professor of Informatics, and the Legal Researcher of the Action’s FORTH project team, Ms. Kokolaki Emmanuela, participated with a poster entitled “Regulatory efforts and legislative challenges in criminalizing AI-generated CSAM” in the proceedings of the 25th Annual Conference of the European Society of Criminology (ESC) – EUROCRIM 2025, which took place on September 3-6, 2025, at the American College of Greece (ACG) in Athens.
The topic chosen for the poster will be included in the Action’s Deliverable A.2.2. entitled “Report on national and EU legislation related to administration of CSA cases in general and CSAM, CSEM and grooming cases in particular”. The aim of the poster was to highlight a contemporary aspect of the phenomenon of online CSAE.
