Athens, 21-22 February 2025
On 21 & 22 February 2025, the second coordination meeting (1st managerial meeting) of the Consortium of the Special Action Prevent CSA@EU was held at Alexandros Airotel hotel with the presence of members of all three partners’ WGs (ICH, HP, FORTH). A representative of the MA of the Greek Ministry of Migration and Asylum also participated.
During the 2-day meeting, the implementation progress of the actions per WP and per partner were examined in detail as well as challenges and hindrances as emerged during the 2nd semester of the implementation period, followed by the upcoming work plan up until the 2nd managerial meeting which will be held in June and will be hosted in the premises of FORTH in Crete. Finally, technical and financial management issues were also discussed in detail along with issues related to the monitoring process of the overall project implementation. The meeting’s documentation included minutes, signed participants’ list, and photographs while the proceedings of the meeting were recorded through zoom platform. Finally, an informed consent form was completed by all participants.
