Athens, 28-30 September 2024
On 28, 29 & 30 September 2024, the hybrid kick-off meeting of the Prevent CSA@EU Consortium was held at Stratos Vassilikos Airotel hotel, with the presence of members of all three partners’ Working Groups (WGs); Institute of Child Health (ICH), Hellenic Police Hq (HP), and online participation of members from Foundation of Research and Technology-Hellas (FORTH) WG. Also, a representative of the Managing Authority (MA) of the Greek Ministry of Immigration and Asylum attended for a special session were technical and financial management issues as well as issues regarding the operation and uploading of the project’s documentation in the Monitoring Information System (MIS) were discussed, as the MA is the authoritative body responsible for the Specific Action.
The objectives of the meeting were the introduction among the Consortium members, the thorough presentation of the Specific Action’s activities and expected deliverables per partner and per Working Package (WP), and the clarification of everyone’s roles, responsibilities and contributions in each of the six in total WPs. Additionally, overall plan and implementation timeline as well as the monitoring of the actions were discussed in detail along with the steps forward for the upcoming period ahead up until the next Consortium meeting.
The meeting’s documentation included minutes, signed participants’ list, and photographs while the proceedings of the meeting were recorded through zoom platform. Finally, an informed consent form was completed by all participants.
